It's amazing what a handful of Chia Seeds or Hemp in a smoothly can do for you! When I start dragging I cook black beans, what we don't eat that night I put in the food processor for bean tacos the next day.
Also Almonds are always a great snack to keep on hand. Buy the best organic you can find. And make sure you purchase, raw and unsalted/sugared. Some of these items are bit expensive but so worth it.
