Hope your weekend is going well. I'm still working...
But I did take time to fit in a 2 mile walk this morning. It was a bit cooler, can't wait for winter!
I found these on line and totally agree. They reminded me of something I hear from my BFF's all the time. See I have 2 friends that are personal trainers and another that is a nurse all 3 are in great shape. They are asked over and over by random people how they do it & what can average fat ass person do to get in shape? * ___ *
But they always include "What's the best protein shake and what diet pills work the best?" Because they somehow think that's how people have great abs or awesome arms. WTF?!
This is actually what one of the trainers said the other day to our waitress, (we met for coffee. Sorry no pictures, I totally forgot I owned a camera. #Fail at blogging, again.)
"If you want to feel & look better start exercising now. Next be aware of the crap you are putting in your body and stop making excuses. No pills or shakes needed, just make a commitment and do it. What are you waiting for? There is no better time to start than right now." :D
Oh and if I can get up early to walk and work-out so can you, right?
Life's too short to wait. Suck it up and get moving..
