Ready, Set, Jet!
It still amazes me this is healthy enough to eat for breakfast! I have been eating a lot more smoothies and breakfast bowls with different toppings and additions. Above is organic coconut. I have added strawberries, nuts and cherries too. I cannot tell you how good my body feels ~ the better I eat the better I feel! Plus the raw food is super easy to prepare,
I usually try to eat a cooked dinner of organic veggies for supper. Do you want to see those boring pictures too? If so let me know. Dinner is at 6:00.
This week I'm going to raw/not cook some more new fruit recipes plus repeat the "raw vegan taco meat" experiment. (Relax it's made of ground nuts and spices. No vegans were harmed.)
I'm also packing up for my next adventure. I bet your as ready as I am to see travel pictures again, right? Lordy lets get this show on the road.
