Look what happened now...
Ready, Set, Jet!
This dish was super easy and quick to make. I roasted garlic, asparagus and grape tomatoes in the oven while the couscous was cooking. (It was seasoned with green onions and veggie stock.)
Then plated the couscous and put roasted veggies, more green onions and slivered almonds over the top. #WIN and instant favorite!
Meanwhile the rains have started.
So I'm not complaining at all.
