Not mine :X

HI All! Looks like the world didn't end. (Or did it?) Have you been out driving today?  The traffic is horrible! 
My friends have been sending me Aztec/Mayan Calendars all week long. Strange sense of humor I know, They so punny. harhar.. 
I have been telling everyone to relax. I went to South America and spoke with the Mayans. (yep, I did) They said there was nothing to worry about. What they took it to mean was that we would change "our path" as in a when you got married. You were the same, but things were totally different. (If you are married you understand...lol) 


Can't wait to see what the new year brings!

Actually someone gifted my dad with a pair of calendars many years ago. So they seem rather normal to me. My mother wanted to junk them, but dad made her keep them. They are still on the wall of the den.  lol Odd, huh?


Anyway on to food...

I've been trying to stay away from all the heavy Holiday food. It's not been easy. Everyone I run into has cookies, cake or what have you. I have been taking fruit and yogurt to work just so they will leave me alone, lol


Also my mother is compiling a list of foods she wants me to cook for Christmas. ??!?!?! So I should be busy for the next few days.
