A Day Off

Hey,
How's it going? I had a bit of a day off the other day and made the most of it. Well sorta. I planned on sleeping in and wearing PJs all day. But as you can see from the sunrise pictures below I was up early. #Fail

Since I was up & moving I thought I would do a wee bit of shopping. I bought cat/dog food and other exciting things like that.. 

While shopping found these...cute, right?

Had a quick run in the cold, (yeah!) cleaned up and ignored all calls and emails. (Sorry, but NO! I need the down time.)
 Grabbed some fruit and headed downtown to pick up a few things. Ended up in several shops along the way. They were ALL overflowing with Christmas decorations and well, junk. :(
As I walked around killing time I noticed the silk flowers and thought I would buy some for the graves.
I liked these, but could not figure what was printed on the flowers??

Its the Virgin of Guadalupe or Mary. I'm not sure which. Never seen it printed on silk flowers before. I figured if I didn't know who she was then my family would not either, so I bought flowers sans the Virgin. 
I almost called this post "The Virgin in the Flowers" but figured I would get a lot of spam/hate mail afterwards. (Or sadden a lot of perverts. )  #NoPornHere

I bought a tub for the office, silk flowers, cat food, dog food, Arizona teas, etc and at another stop....

I bought this for Rick, don't tell.

And ended up with these mugs...Thought I could take them to work.

Then headed to the Sonic for a tea..

Called the office & took snacks to them.

And ended up back where I started..lol

So I guess it was a pretty good day off after all. :D
