Clean Up

I totally mislead you with the travel inspired thingy I made. Cause who wants to make one for cleaning???!!?

I have 5 main closets. I know I am spoiled. I know. I have too many shoes, I know. 
Its true. I should join a 12 step club or something. But I just Like them so much...
Yesterday, (if you popped by here), you may remb I was home on a snow day. Which was wonderful until about noon and then I was bored outta my mind! By noon I had eaten, napped, watched TV and conquered the internet. WTF?!? How do people stay home all the time? Anyway on my ever growing list of "shit I gotta get done before I leave the country" (Yes, thats the working title)  was clean out closets and organize some of my BS.

Now NO ONE other than me or Rick NEVER, EVER sees these closets and he only see like 1 or 2. He knows better than to poke around in my stuff. #IHaveTrustIssues and I die of embarrassment. But since you and I are so close, I show you... Just don't judge, ok??

Yes, thats a double closet and yes I have 4 more of them. Yes, Its a lot of crap just thrown in there will no order at all.
I am so ashamed!  *Crying on keys now. sniff.  You said you wouldn't judge me! :o

BUT, BUT! I fixed it yesterday!  or at least it is better. I know you are thinking I need a maid. Well I have one. But I never would be so cruel as to ask her to clean up this shit. I put in there I need to sort and clean out.  *sniff*

I found a new pair of booties that I bought on sale last season..

And all these other pairs of shoes. See this is not my shoe closet. WTF?! How did they get in there?? Shakes fist at sky! Who broke in and threw my good shoes in there??? :0   
Ok...I'm calming down now. I admit had to be me....
I pulled everything out and cleaned. I went through boxes, paper and clothes. I bagged stuff for Goodwill, neighbors and trash dump. I found old letters from ex BF. I found missing reports from work (WTF?!? Am I sleep WORKING??) and other odd crap.  I boxed stuff up for France and threw out old gift bags and cards.  I was a working #Tornado!
So after several hours of work it began to take some sorta shape.

Yes, still a lot of crap. BUT is organized CRAP now! :D So how do you keep your stuff clean and in order? Do you have a system or a certain place it goes? How do you do it??? Please share with me!

Will admit after doing all this cleaning I was too tried to be bored. Just so you know the rest of house doesn't look like this. It's clean (thank God for the maid) and organized. Maybe its because I just toss all the loose carp in that closet? IDK. Plus I always go crazy cleaning and organizing right before a trip. IDK why. So next I'm gonna paint the garage...NOT. Next I'm going back to work to get some much needed rest, lol.
