Now that we have that outta the way, :) Hope your new year is Fab so far! As I said last year (that pun is going it get so old this week) My BFF is here from New Orleans. So we have been hanging out, visiting other people and having fun.  :D
Here is a bit of the randomness as of late.

Friends here and this is what we do?

Seems she doesn't have a bakery close to her house. Although when I was calling around to find her cake for the surprise party (yes, she is THAT friend) I found a new bakery in her neighborhood. I told her about it last night and made her promise to visit them because they were so SUPER Nice to me on the phone. They weren't fully fitted out yet and couldn't make her cake, but referred me to a Bakery that could. #ForTheWin  So anyway, I brought her out for donuts.  See us in the reflection? lol

Yesterday we went to a NYE Party. I'm not sure what the guys were all doing, but we had a great time laughing & eating . I took only 1 photo...

Ms Y's new ceiling fan!

No food, no drinks, no decoration. Fail miserably! I had small dress purse, skinny/tight dress, no place to put bulky camera and I turned off the cell because I wanted to have fun and not be interrupted every 5 seconds with someone texting "Happy New Year!" So sorry no pictures. :(

 But I really liked her new fan and want to sketch it. #Art #Geek  :o

OH! I almost forgot, I did manage to snap a few pictures of the dramatic sky (with the trusty iphone) as we were driving into town.

Which is kinda where I feel my life is right now. I feel like BIG changes are about to take place and I'm both happy and a little worried. This should be a very interesting year.

Ok, one last New Years message and I'm going back to bed. I was really looking forward to sleeping in today. I start back to work tomm. and need to focus on work, saving $$$$ and getting my houses in order for my return to Europe.  So a MEGA amount of work will have to be completed asap.
