Vanessa Birthday Lunch

Hey,
How are things? I met up with Ms. Vanessa the other day to celebrate her birthday. We are both working so much that it seems like months since we had a chance to enjoy lunch together. So we took this opportunity to get together, celebrate and catch up. 

There will be a party and all kinds of nonsense later in the month, but this was just for us to hang out and catch up.  
:D

Stop at Office Depot for "Office Supplies" Why all Keurig sold out??

Tractor Supply shares the parking lot with Office Depot and I always wonder how many supplies does one need for their tractors? IDK...

Leave Vanessa's house and drive and drive sum more. We saw this hat in the middle of the road.. looked trippy at the time. :x

Now drive and drive to ANOTHER town to eat.

It sits in a strip center and now they have added an Alamo Drafthouse cinema.

The  Drafthouse is very cool and will spoil you. You will not want to visit any other cinema EVER!
They serve great food and booze at your "table" area during the films and encourage you to yell and sing with the movies. We watched the  Princess Bride once at the Austin location and it was so much fun! 

Maybe I will go back this weekend? 
Anyway, we made it to the restaurant and tucked in.

I had chalupas cut the cheese. It was quite good. :D

After having a great lunch and a wonderful visit we headed back to the town Vanessa lives in and she was keen to go see the new Tom Cruise movie.  IDK...
I said why not, it was her birthday after all.

It was great to have the chance to visit and catch up. This starts the Summer Birthday Party Season, lol. So many of my friends have summer birthdays that the summer seems like one long party. This was last years BIG surprise party. If you missed it.  I organized it. #SuperFriend


This year everyone seem to  want  more low key events. We are all  meeting up for a birthday dinner next weekend for Vanessa and then its another round of birthdays. #Always 

Now I have to go for a run, I see cake in the future!
