Today was a very good Friday and a nice end to a busy week. We have been busy this week preparing for the next leg of the European trip. So much planning! But I won't bore you with that just yet. Instead let's focus on the beauty of the changing seasons. It's almost spring here, and the flowers are showing their colors even with the possibility of late storms. As we wrap up the week, I'm torn between wanting to stay here and savor this wonderful place and being ready for the next adventure. Do you ever feel like that? Plus the hustle and bustle of finalizing details and packing essentials have kept us more than busy this week. I feel like I need some quiet time to unwind, perhaps a mini vacation? LOL Despite the occasional threat of late storms, signs of spring are everywhere. Colorful blooms shine through the still-chilly air, promising warmer days ahead. I can't express how much I appreciate the cold and the rain after spending most of last year in the hot, dry Texas landscape. Rain still seems like such a gift!
I feel so grateful to be here and enjoy these moments. April promises to be a month of adventure and celebration. Thanks for coming on this adventure with me! Speak soon~ Good morning and happy Friday!
Hope you are well as we head towards Spring! I'm still going through the pictures from our recent cruise. (So many photos!) I also have a lot of video I need to upload too. Do you follow us on YouTube? youtu.be/2sMBI2bRY3U?si=XLYmZv-z6xINrcAo The food was of course, great on the ship. My son reported this desert was one of his favourites. Plus, enjoying on it from our balcony made it all the sweeter. #WIN Have a great weekend! During today's walk, I was delighted to see spring emerging in the vibrant blooms of yellow narcissus flowers! These cheerful bursts of color are a heartwarming sign that spring is just around the corner here in the South of England. It's truly a joy to witness nature awakening after a long winter slumber. How about your corner of the world? What does the weather look like? Share your own glimpses of the changing seasons in the comments section and let's all enjoy the beauty of nature.
See you soon~ |
