Day 7 -An Item that makes your house a home:
Hmm, thats a tough one, see everything in my home has meaning or I would not have it. I don’t “collect” random junk. I keep items that have special memories, add value/are useful or I consider to add beauty to my life. So everything is a memory or useful. I can’t just pick one. My office is the same.

When I 1st started out in business I wanted to be as "professional" as possible. Now I want beauty.

These are file folders from the V & A Museum in London. A memory and a bit of beauty in my office.

The jewelry cabinet was a gift and a functional bit of furniture.

These are handblown glass mushrooms that my first husband bought for our first house. I think they are ancient but regardless I love seeing them. They remind me of that happy time in my life and of course him.  I have pictures of course,  but I treasure these small mementos so much and am grateful to have them.
