Ready, Set, Jet!
It's that time again - time for a raw month to cleanse and detox! Are you ready?
To be honest I try to eat at least 5-7 raw meals a week, so this isn't that big of challenge, it is much more challenging to give up the coffee!
It is now Day 5 and I feel soooooo good!
Don't get me wrong, I don't think Morning Star foods are bad for you - especially compared to the "real" burgers out there. But you don't want to live off them either. It's a good idea to give your body a break from everything, once in a while.

I'm taking a week off from work for my birthday, although the fun has already started, lol and so many good things are happening! Look for more blog posts soon!
