Road Trip Winter Edition

Hey, 
How's it going? Busy day driving around in the cold & rain here. :D 
But a vacation is a VACATION so am still excited. 

Checked into a new hotel!

Throw all the stuff on the bed.

This was/is a BUDGET hotel. There is a sign that states they are remodeling the room and they know things are not up to standard and ask our forgiveness. 1. The closet door is off (see the coat trying to sneak out) and 2. the mirror is not fully fixed in the bathroom. But all in all,  is ok. Heater and air works, wifi is FREE and Fast, free Hot breakfast in the morning too. IT IS a good deal. I booked via Hotwire (of course) and 3 nights coast less than $250.USD Total. So I am pleased. 

The room also come with a small fridge and microwave too.

Yes, we brought more. I only took picture of this stuff. LOL

Was tired and it is still raining with temp dropping...no reason to leave and drive some more. :0

Veggie Delight with fried rice for me...always eat the same thing. LOL

Sorry the pictures are CRAP blurry. I cannot find my Good Camera! I thought it was packed because I did  not see it in my bedroom, office or living room before we left. Now I cannot find it anywhere?!?! #WTF?! Where did it go?

The food was really good! Perfect end to a long day of visiting friends and driving across Texas.  I don't mind the cold or the rain. I just don't like to drive on icy roads. 

 Monday we are headed out & about before it rains again. We have shopping, visiting and sightseeing on the agenda. Should be a lot of fun!
