The Past Week

How are things? Sorry my recent post kinds  resemble that photo. 
You know...non-existant.

I've been running around, avoiding heat stroke and making the most of summer. Hope you have too. I recently went to a BBQ out in the country. Please see  blurry picts to commemorate, also I made a fast trip to San Antonio for work,  ended up lost, again and am still prepping for vacation.

The past week has been ok, just really BUSY.

2 minutes at the BBQ and my camera battery + iPhone both suddenly died. I tossed both in truck & took no more photos. Sorry/not sorry, they would have all looked as bad as this one. I Asked Aud to send me her picts. (She is in that photo) and her pictures were all BLACK. Her flash would not work, her phone was dead and well, you get the idea.

No pictures, but It was nice to be in the country & see everyone again.  I have been so busy that I'm not attending the lunches or movie nights with the ladies and not even dating on the weekend, right now. It's just work and more work.

Sorry, don't mean to whine...Next are just some random pictures taken while lost in San Antonio. I took a buddy along with me, because I do get lost so easy in that city. Its the 7th most populated city in American and #2 in Texas. So its HUGE actually.
We had planned  a lovely afternoon, I would go to the meeting, then a little sight seeing and supper in a nice restaurant. But we ended up lost instead and burned up all our extra time mostly driving in circles on the freeway. #FML

I finished my meeting, we had drive thru and had to hurry back to the office.

We ended up grabbing  sandwiches and returning to the office. #FAIL

So much for sightseeing or eating in a nice restaurant. Truthfully it was too warm to do much outside. So no River walk this time or Amusement park. Just drive and drive some more.

The sandwiches were good, but spending $17.00 for 2 sandwiches (and no drinks) is just crazy! Don't you think?

I'm taking today off. I have an exciting day of sleeping planned, lol.
